Hi,

I'm currently writing fiction and promoting it for Kindle. But I do want to expand my horizons.

Hi KRNadreau, I just published my first kindle book and also put the book on Create Space. Am waiting for the proof to arrive in the mail! Should be thrilling!!And yes, promotion is definitely a big part of it, too.

I put one short story on CreateSpace. Boy was that fun doing it myself! Do you use social media to promote?

In the process with my first short story collection, most of which I wrote over a three month period. Tried doing an Indiegogo funding campaign but didn't raise enough to formally do the book yet.

Self-publishing is quite the journey! I have spent the last five years working toward the day I could hold a physical book in my hand.

The day has come, but it sure did take much longer than I had ever expected.

Here is the good news: you reap all of the rewards. Here is the bad news: you have to do everything!

I welcome you feedback re: my creation. I am happy to answer any questions you may have re: the self-publishing journey, as it is a journey!
